If the patient utilizes WELL CARE PHARMACY, our pharmacists can also collaborate with your provider by analyzing lab reports and assist with the dosage recommendations and answering questions for the patient.

In many cases, it’s the better choice, since it can be customized for the patient in the appropriate dosage form (pills, gels/creams, suppositories, patches, or pellets). It’s important to consult with your provider to know which type of hormone replacement is best for you.

Our pharmacy staff can provide you with your HRT medication(s) within 48 hours of receiving your prescription(s) from your provider. You may utilize our complimentary delivery service or you may visit our pharmacy to pick up your medication(s).

Our clinical pharmacists are available by appointment to provide you with a follow up consultation to address your concerns. Typically, a dose adjustment will be recommended to achieve optimal hormonal balance.

We will always attempt to bill your insurance for your HRT medication(s) but sadly, compounded medications usually require our patients to pay out of pocket. If this is the case for you, we will attempt to strategically combine your needed hormones into one formula to minimize out of pocket costs.

Depending on the severity of your symptoms, it may be a daily or 3 times a week frequency. Your HRT questionnaire, hormone lab results, and your complimentary consultation with our clinical pharmacists will assist in determining the optimal regimen to achieve hormonal balance.
